In order to join, you must be an active ITU student, or an alumni student that graduated in the past year. If you are applying as a team, it is required that at least 50% of the cofounders are ITU students (equity split not relevant).

In order for us to invest in your startup you must participate in the Proof of Idea stage. We must ensure that the business idea is valid, that there is value created for potential customers, that the risks have been addressed and that we know the founders profile & work ethic.
For this reason we mostly offer investments to companies that have participate in Proof of Idea. In special cases (f.ex thesis projects with a technical solution) we can choose to invest after receiving a more formalised business plan with supporting data.

Convert test customers into paying customers or start acquiring new paying customers. Test different pricing & revenue sources.
